Our Mission Statement
To develop and promote the sport of field hockey in Saskatchewan by providing inclusive opportunities through quality programs for all.

Our Vision Statement
Saskatchewan Field Hockey Association operates an inclusive province-wide program that is recognized as nationally competitive at local and provincial levels.

The Saskatchewan Field Hockey Association is a non-profit Provincial Sports Governing Body that promotes the development and play of Field Hockey in Saskatchewan. It is operated by an elected volunteer Board of Directors and a Technical Director/Provincial Coach. Sask Field Hockey receives funding through the Saskatchewan Lotteries Corporation, a division of SaskSport. Additional funding is received through membership dues, program fees, fundraising, and sponsorship.

The mandate of our association is "to promote, encourage, organize, and regulate the sport of Field Hockey in the province of Saskatchewan in accord with the laws of the game and regulations of Field Hockey Canada and to represent the interests of Saskatchewan Field Hockey Association and members in National, Provincial, and local matters."

Field hockey has been played in Canada since the late 1800's; our association was organized in 1972.
